A quick stir fry recipe with pork, potato and hot jalapeno pepper. A great work lunch dish that is easy to prepare and stimulate appetite.
Ingredients
- 1/8 lb pork slices
- 1/2 lb potato
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- A pinch of salt

Cooking Steps
1. Cut 1/8 pork meat into thin slices.
2. Cut 1 potato (about 1/2) lb into thin slices, add to a bowl of water to remove the starch.
3. Cut 1 jalapeno pepper (adjust based on tolerance of jalapeno) into thin slices.
4. Heat a wok with 1 table spoon vegetable oil, add the jalapeno slices, stir evenly, cover the wok, turn heat to medium, let the pepper roast for 1 minute or so or until it turns golden brown.
5. Add the pork slices to the wok, stir evenly.
6. Drain the potato slices, rinse with more water, drain again.
7. Add the potato slices to the wok, add a pinch of salt, turn heat to high, stir all ingredients evenly for 2-5 minutes or until all is fully cooked.
