A super quick and simple stir fry green pea leaves using only vegetable oil (canola oil) and salt. Ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. fresh green pea leaves (available in most Chinese grocery stores)
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil (canola oil)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Steps
1. Use water to rinse 1/2 lb. fresh green pea shoots (leaves), drain the water.
2. Heat a wok with 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, use high heat, put the pea leaves to the wok, sprinkle a pinch of salt, stir fry for 3-5 minutes or until the leaves are just fully cooked.
