A super simple and quick delicious fish dish that could be ready after 10-15 minutes.
Note depending on the thickness of the fish fillet, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Cooking Steps
1. Get 3-4 fish fillet (such as Tilapia, cod, etc), spread bread crumbs on top of the fish fillet until both sides are evenly covered by the bread crumbs.
Bread crumbs come with many varieties (such as Garlic& Herb, Italian Style, etc), pick your favorite one.
2. Heat 3-4 table spoon cooking vegetable oil in a non sticky cooking pan, add fish fillet to the pan, cover the pan, turn heat to medium, let it cook for 5 minutes (or until one side of the fish turns golden color).
3. Flip the fish, (since bread crumbs will absorb most of the oil, add additional cooking oil if needed or desired after flipping the other side of the fish fillet), cover the pan, cook the other side for 5 minutes (or until it turns golden color too).
4. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top of the fish.
5. Use any dipping (simplest is the soy sauce).
