10 Minutes Pancake with Chinese Leek



This is a super simple breakfast recipe with balanced nutrition. You can make it easily within 10 minutes.


Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Chinese leek
  • 4 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon canola oil

Cooking Steps
1. Buy Chinese leek from Chinese supermarket, clean it. Take about 1 ounce portion, cut into small bits.
2. Get a small bowl, add the leek bits, 4 tablespoon all purpose flour, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon water, a pinch of salt, mix evenly.


3. Get a flat non sticky pan, add 2 tablespoon canola oil, heat with medium heat.
4. Spread the pancake mixuture evenly onto the pan, cover to cook for 4 minutes or so until the bottom side turns a light brown.
5. Flip the pancake to cook the other side for 1 minute. Take out and place on a plate.
