| Stir Fry Chinese Leek with Egg |
Chinese leek is a very popular vegetable with unique flavor between green onion and garlic, it is abundant in summer time, it is available in most Chinese grocery stores.
Ingredients
- 1/3 lb Chinese leek
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Steps
1. clean 1/4 lb Chinese leek, cut into 1/4 inch short slices.
2. Break 4 eggs in a bowl, add the chopped Chinese leek, add a pinch of salt to taste.
3. Mix the leek and egg evenly.
4. Heat a non sticky pan with 2 table spoon vegetable oil, pour the egg mix evenly to the pan, stir fry for 3-5 minutes or until all the ingredients are fully cooked. Serve with plain steamed rice.
