Stir Fried Spinach with Minced Garlic



A super simple and healthy spinach stir fry recipe with minced garlic, great with rice.


Servings: 4

Cooking Steps

1. Clean 1 bunch of fresh spinach (about 1 lb), clean, and cut into 2 inch long pieces.
2. Mince 2-3 cloves garlic.
3. Heat a wok with 2 table spoon cooking vegetable oil using high heat, add the minced garlic, stir, let it cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the chopped spinach to the wok, stir fry for 5-10 minutes or until the spinach is fully cooked. Sprinkle salt to taste. Serve with rice.
