Stir Fried Green Bean with Pork Slices



Ingredients
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1/4 lb pork meat
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken stock (or water)

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4

Cooking Steps

1. Take 1 lb green beans, cut the hard step from one end of the green beans. Cut green beans into 1 inch pieces. Wash with water and drain.


2. Cut 1/4 lb pork meat into thin slices.
3. Heat a wok with 2 table spoon cooking vegetable oil, add the pork slices, stir fry for 2 minutes.

4. Add all green beans to the wok, add a pinch of salt to taste, stir fry for 5 minutes, add 1 cup chicken stock (or water), stir evenly,  cover, turn to medium low heat, boil for another 10-15 minutes or until all beans turn soft.
