A simple and delicious fluffy rice with the aroma from green onion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of long grain rice
- 1.5 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onion
- A pinch of salt
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Steps
1. Add 1 cup of long grain rice to a small pot, add 1.5 cup of water, boil.
2. Once it is boiling, turn heat to medium, cook for 5 minutes.
3. When it is 10 minutes from start of step 1, turn heat to low, cover the pot, cook for 10 minutes.
4, Turn heat off, use chopstick to stir the rice and make then fluffy, cover the pot, let it sit for 10 minutes.
5. Heat a wok with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, add 2 fine chopped green onion, add a pinch of salt, cook for 20 seconds, turn heat off.
6. Add the green onion and vegetable oil to the rice, mix evenly.
