Scrambled Egg with Green Onion (葱炒鸡蛋) |
A super simple and fast stir fry using eggs and green onion, great for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 green onion
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Cooking Steps
1. Break 4 eggs into a medium size bowl, add a pinch of salt, fine chopped 1 green onion, whisk the eggs evenly.

2. Heat a non sticky cooking pan with 2 table spoon vegetable oil using high heat, distribute the oil evenly on the pan.
3. Slowly pour the whisked egg to the cooking pan, stir after 1 minute, stir more to fully cook the eggs evenly.
4. Take the eggs out and put to a medium size bowl.
Chinese breakfast has tons of varieties, most of them are very easy to make.
