Pan Fried Shrimp with Butter (黄油煎虾)
Pan Fried Shrimp with Butter 
A super simple and quick pan fried shrimp dish using butter.


Ingredients
  • 12 shrimp
  • 1/2 cup bread crumb
  • 3 tablespoon butter (or vegetable oil)

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time:  10 minutes
Servings: 1

Cooking Steps

1. Clean 1 dozen large shrimp, remove the skin and veins.
2. Spread bread crumbs evenly on the shrimp. Pick your favorite flavor bread crumbs (garlic, Italian, etc).

    Tip: Substituting the butter with vegetable oil will give great result as well.

3. Heat a pan with 3 table spoon butter using high heat, add the shrimp to the pan, cover, cook for 1-2 minute or until the side turn golden brown, flip the shrimps, turn heat to medium, cook the side for 1-2 minutes or until the side turn golden brown.
