| Cauliflower with Shrimp (花菜炒虾仁) |
Cooking Steps
1. Take one cauliflower (about 1.5 lb), remove the stem and leaves, cut to 1 inch small pieces. Clean with water.
2. Take 1/4 lb shrimp, remove skin and veins, clean, add 1 tablespoon corn starch.
3. Heat wok using high heat, add 2 table spoon cooking oil, add the cauliflower pieces, add a pinch of salt and sugar, stir evenly, add half cup of water, cover the wok, turn heat to medium, let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Add shrimp, stir fry for 2 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked. Sprinkle chopped green onion. Server with rice.
