Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe


Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 4 cup cooked cold rice
  • 3 cups of mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onions
  • ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Directions:
   1. Cook rice with salt and keep aside.
   2. Heat oil in a wok and add onion and fry till they are transparent.
   3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3-5 minutes
   4. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 8-10 minutes and stir constantly
