Fried Rice with XO Sauce Recipe


Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cooked cold rice
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup scallion, finely diced
  • 4 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
  1. In a wok, heat the rice then mix in the egg while stirring constantly.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  3. Mix well and serve.
